Evakim presents a high -level approach in the ventilation of process areas such as spray booths, flash offs, loading area, cooling neutral zones and paint kitchen. This approach brings a high level of RFT (Right First Time) rate in the painting process. 

Air Conditioning

Due to the customer’s requested together with the paint TDS, Evakim can provide

a fixed or adjustable temperature and humidity control. 

For example; Temperature Control between 18°C - 28°C Humidty %20 (rh) - %80 (rh)

Hot water & chilled water

To achieve a specified temperature and humidity level, The AHU (air handling units) requires hot water supply (boilers ) and chilled water supply systems (chiller ). Evakim is able to install these units and their mechanical systems (pipes, pumps etc) including their automation with its own engineers .
