The jig & skid designs for painting lines brings with it a number of essential requirements.
- The jigs should be easy to assemble and disassemble to the conveyor.
- The jigs should not sway when the conveyor is moving.
- If the painting process requires rotation of the jig during the paint, the jig should not oscillate in anyway.
- The jigs should be protected from overspray by design.
