Evakim uses various drying and curing solutions in accordance with the drying and curing conditions specified in the paint TDS (technical data sheet), which is taken as the main criterion during the design of the painting plant.
The most common solutions are as follows:
- Tunnel type thermographic ovens (60 – 100 °C)
- Infra Red Ovens (curing time 8 – 15 minutes)
- Dual cure ovens (Infrared + thermographic)
- UV Curing systems Dual cure (thermographic oven + UV curing)
- Box type ovens (high temperature 60 – 400 °C)
- Belt driven ovens
