Evakim performs full control and automation of the painting plant with mostly Siemens PLC integrated with Industrial PC. The scada design allows to monitor and controll all I/O data together with alarm list, production type and recipe option as well. In the loading & unloading area of ?the facility, the HMI works with a touch screen for the operators.

The user-friendly menu allows the user to enter the settings for each process area.  Each menu can be password protected against errors and/or misuse. 

There are 3 levels of authority limitation in the panel. For Operator, Paint Shop Supervisor and Service / Maintenance.
