- Dual rail structre; the chain runs continously but the carriers on the upper rail to be controlled by the Automation system.
- Adjustable distances between jigs Each jig’s speed, rotation duration times can be adjusted by automation system.
- In this way, it can be ensured that the jigs are lined up and accumulated in various process zones such as flash off, oven and cooling zone.
